Using smart glasses, they can easily walk around all the company premises, play a presentation about the company history and strategies or meet the company director without you having to pay for travelling to the headquarters and the HR staff.
XR onboarding is more efficient and faster and therefore suitable especially for companies with a high turnover of employees and part-timers.
Professional VR Training Without Operational Constrains
Some work processes would require the production to be suspended to train new employees. In virtual reality, however, you can simulate a production line and the employees complete their professional training with full operation experience.
You will have all training records available for any follow-up evaluation. You can also use them to analyze any workflow errors.
OSH and Specialized Safety Training
If you need your employees to be really ready for emergencies, have them go through any crisis situations. They can practice first aid or fire evacuation. They can hold real experience in their heads much longer than textual or spoken descriptions.

We present the project "Railway Metaverse" created for the company Elektrizace železnic Praha a.s. The purpose of the project is to show the public with the help of XR technologies that railways are not just trains and tracks, but it is a complex infrastructure that creates a technological background for what many of us admire and love, which is a quiet, safe and ecological train ride. Visitors will be immersed in the world of rail electrification in virtual reality, walking along the track, trying to repair complex equipment by following instructions from a walkie-talkie and even trying to build a catenary pole using a crane.
